Half Mask Respirator - Single Cartridge Front Mounted Respirator CK1005/ Half Mask Respirator - Droop Snoot Mode CK1006 - Half Mask Respirator Twin Cartridge CK1004

 

A low cost half mask respirator that conforms to the technical requirements of European Standards for half mask respirators EN140.
This product includes user friendly design features found in more expensive half mask respirators but come as standard in the design features of this respirator.
Sliding head strap, rolled edge face seal,available with front mounted or droop snoot cartridge mode, range of colours, split harness and lightweight. The sliding headstrap allows the user to hang the respirator around the neck when not in use, to avoid contamination by placing on a dirty surface. The rolled edge face seal ensures maximum comfort and prevents soreness of the face. The droop snood mode of the cartridge fixing allows compatability with face shields etc where unimpaired frontal vision is of upmost importance.
The lightweight design reduces fatigue, when worn for long periods.

Conformity: Meets the requirements of EN140

 

 Performance: Exceeds the requirements for inward leakage, retention of cartridges and flammability as detailed in EN140

 

Material: Thermoplastic rubber/medical grade PVC

 

NB:

a) Ensure that cartridges are fitted correctly to the mask.

b) Only cartridges marked ‘twin’ (CK2600 series) should be used.

c) Make sure=2 0that a good seal around the face is created before entering into the hazardous area.

 

Cleaning: Clean with warm  soapy water. Do not use abrasive substances or solvents.

 

Maintenance: Store the respirator in  the packaging provided, out of direct sunlight, away from chemicals and abrasive substances  

 

Limitations  of Use: The mask, when  in contact with the skin may very rarely cause  an allergic reaction to susceptible individuals.  If this happens then leave the hazard area, remove the mask and seek medical advice. The mask is not suitable for use by individuals with facial hair.

Half Mask Respirator - Twin Cartridge Mode CK1004

Has all the features of the above Single Cartridge Respirator but has been specifically designed for the wearer who requires a slightly reduced inhalation breathing resistance e.g heavy manual work. Compatible for use with face shields and welding shields etc.
